Refund & Returns Policy

At House of Flamora, we carefully craft and pack every candle with love and attention. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Email us at support@houseofflamora.com

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used candles

  • Customized or personalized candles

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

  • Sale or discounted items

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
